Information we collect
We collect account details such as email, display name, authentication data, billing records, product usage, support messages, uploaded reference images, prompts, and generated cover outputs.
How we use information
We use data to provide the cover-generation service, process subscriptions and top-up packages through Creem, prevent abuse, improve reliability, answer support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem. CoverGen does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. We store transaction identifiers, plan, amount, currency, status, and entitlement records for billing support and reconciliation.
AI content and uploads
Uploaded images and prompts are processed to create requested cover images and to run content-safety checks. Users must have the necessary rights and consent for faces, logos, brand assets, and reference materials they upload.
