Account
Click Forgot password? on the login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send a
password reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive it, check
your spam folder or contact support.
Email changes are handled by our support team. Send a request to support@covergen.ai from your current registered address and we'll
update it for you, usually within 24 hours.
Go to Account Settings → Privacy & Data and click Delete Account. You'll receive a
confirmation email — confirm the deletion within 48 hours. All your data, history, and generations will be
permanently removed.
Each account is intended for individual use. Team access and multi-seat licenses are on our roadmap — you
can sign up to be notified when they launch. For now, please create separate accounts for each team
member.
Features
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include 4K (4096×4096 px) output. Free
and Basic plans generate up to 1024×1024 px. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page.
Each generation produces 4 image variants based on your prompt and style settings. You
can download any or all of them. Each request counts as 1 generation toward your monthly limit.
For best results, describe your subject clearly with style and mood cues:
- Be specific: "minimalist podcast cover, dark background, orange gradient typography" works better than "podcast cover".
- Add style: Include adjectives like "cinematic", "flat design", "watercolor", "neon", etc.
- Mention platform: Saying "YouTube thumbnail" or "Spotify playlist cover" helps the AI understand the context.
- Iterate: Use the re-generate button to explore variations on the same prompt.
All your generated covers are saved in the History page. Images are stored for 90
days on Free/Basic plans and indefinitely on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Yes. All images generated with a paid plan carry a full commercial use license. You own
the output and can use it for business, marketing, publishing, and monetized content. Free plan images are
for personal and non-commercial use only.
API access is available on the Enterprise plan. If you're interested, contact us to discuss your use case and we'll set you up.
Usage & Limits
The Free plan includes 10 generations per month. Each generation produces 4 image
variants. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. View all plan limits

Your monthly generation count resets on the same day each month as when you first subscribed (your billing
date). You can check the remaining count and reset date in Account → Usage.
You can purchase pay-per-use top-up credits at ¥0.3 per generation — no
expiry, use them anytime. Alternatively, upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly quota.
- Free – 10 generations/month, 1024px output, personal use
- Basic (¥99/mo) – 500 generations, 1024px, commercial license
- Pro (¥299/mo) – 2,000 generations, 4K output, priority queue
- Enterprise – Custom volume, API access, dedicated support
No — monthly plan generations reset each billing cycle and unused quota does not carry over. However,
top-up credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
Billing
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are
processed securely and we do not store your card details.
Yes — cancel anytime from Account → Subscription with no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until
the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied
within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact support@covergen.ai for a full refund. Refunds are not available
after the 7-day window or for renewal charges.
Yes — switching to annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly pricing. You can
toggle between monthly and annual on the Pricing page.
Receipts are automatically sent to your registered email after each charge. You can also view and download
all billing history in Account → Billing Records. For formal VAT invoices, contact support@covergen.ai.
Technical
Failures are usually caused by one of these reasons:
- Network issue – Refresh the page and try again.
- Content policy – Prompts containing unsafe or prohibited content are automatically rejected. Revise your prompt and retry.
- Server load – During peak hours, generation may take slightly longer. Free plan users join a standard queue; Pro users get priority processing.
